The first call and visit
We ask about your patio and your goals, then visit to see the openings, the sun and the structure. You get honest feedback and fabric samples to hold up in your light.
We take photos and rough measurements.
Measuring and the proposal
We measure each opening carefully and write a proposal with sizes, fabric, controls and everything included. We review it with you.
Nothing starts until you are comfortable.
Approvals and ordering
If your association or city needs approval, we prepare drawings and help with submissions. Once approved, screens are ordered and built to your sizes.
We keep you updated on timing.
Installation day
We mount housings and tracks, hang the screens, set up motors and run wiring. Installation of a typical patio often takes a day or two.
We protect floors and furniture as we go.
Programming and testing
We set top and bottom limits, pair remotes and keypads and test every screen through full cycles. We adjust until movement is smooth.
We also check seals at dusk when possible.
Walk-through and care
We show you every control, give you care tips and leave a contact number. Questions are answered before we leave.
We follow up after your first few weeks of use.
Expect a visit, careful measuring, a written proposal, an installation day or two and a walk-through that teaches you every control.
