Made-to-measure roll-down screens that drop at the push of a button and disappear into a slim housing when you want the open view back.
A motorized retractable screen is a simple idea done well: a sheet of fine fabric rolls out of a slim aluminum housing, rides down a pair of side tracks and stops just above the floor. Press a button and it rolls back up and almost vanishes. For Nashville patios, where mosquitoes, gnats, glare and sudden rain all take their turns, that on-demand wall changes how often a patio gets used.
Every screen we install is built for one opening. We measure column to column and floor to beam, choose the fabric and the colors, pick the motor and the controls and mount the housing so the screen hangs straight and seals well along both sides. Then we program the stops, set the limits and walk you through every control before we leave, so that the first evening outside feels easy.
No two patios are the same width or height, and a screen that is a little off leaves gaps. We take true measurements, account for out-of-square beams and columns and build the screen to those numbers.
The housing holds the roller and motor. Side tracks guide the fabric and keep the edges tight. The fabric can be a fine insect mesh, a solar weave or a privacy cloth, chosen for how you use the space.
A quiet tubular motor drives the roller. We set the top and bottom stops so the screen parks neatly in the housing and lands just above the floor without scraping.
Housing and tracks come in several powder-coat colors, so they can blend into the columns or match the trim. The goal is hardware that looks like part of the house.

You tell us about the patio, the bugs or sun that bother you and the timeline, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the patio, feel the sun, check the beams and columns, show fabric samples and talk through the layout.
We measure every opening carefully, write a proposal and coordinate any association approvals or electrical permits.
Your screens are made to size, then housings, tracks and motors are mounted and wired.
We set limits, pair remotes and keypads, check the seals and test every screen through full cycles.
We show you every control, share care tips and leave you to enjoy your first evening outside.
After measuring and choosing options, screens are built to order. We give you a clear schedule when you approve the proposal.
Many systems handle very wide openings, and extra-wide spaces are split into side-by-side screens. We explain the limits for your project.
Yes, with the right motor and hub. See our smart home page for the options.
Usually. We check the beam and columns first, and we add a mounting header when needed.
Most systems have a manual backup, and some can run from a battery. We explain it at handover.
