Careful removal of worn, damaged or outdated screens, including other brands, and a fresh system in the same openings.
Some screens are beyond saving: worn housings, discontinued parts, sagging fixed frames or systems that never worked well. Replacing them can be the smarter choice. Removal is done carefully, the openings are repaired and a modern system takes its place.
We take down old screens, whether motorized, manual or fixed, protect the surfaces around them, haul away the old parts and repair any holes or marks. Then we measure the openings fresh and design a new system for how you use the patio today, including better fabric, quieter motors and sturdier mounting. We treat the old screen as a source of information. Where it wore fastest, where it tore and where it rubbed tell us about wind, sun and use at your patio. We use that evidence to choose a better fabric, a stronger track or a different layout, so the new screen avoids the problems that shortened the life of the old one.
We lower and remove old systems in order, protecting trim, floors and plants, and disconnecting wiring safely.
Old brackets leave holes and marks. We fill and patch them so the openings look clean before the new screens go in.
We ask what you did and did not like about the old system, and fold those lessons into the new design.
New systems offer quieter motors, better fabrics, smarter controls and sturdier tracks than many older ones.
